Still an idea
You have a perspective worth exploring, but the audience, format and first conversation are not clear yet.
Start by giving the idea a direction.
Turn your ideas into four professionally produced episodes and 200 pieces of social content every month—with the strategy, guest connections and sponsorship support to give your show a clearer direction.
You bring your perspective. We help you build the show around it.
30 minutes. No obligation. A conversation before any commitment.

Every month. 200 social content pieces, plus your four full episodes.
Good podcast ideas live in notes for months. Then come the editing queues, inconsistent guests and pressure to keep social pages active. Even a polished show can leave its best ideas buried in full-length recordings.
A microphone gives you a recording. A clear concept, strong questions and a repeatable production process give you something you can keep building.
You have a perspective worth exploring, but the audience, format and first conversation are not clear yet.
Start by giving the idea a direction.
You know what you want to say. Now you need a workable plan, a production team and the confidence to begin.
Build a process around your first episodes.
The show exists, but editing and content preparation compete with the work you actually want to do.
Give each conversation more room to travel.
A useful podcast creates room to demonstrate knowledge, ask worthwhile questions and build familiarity beyond a sales pitch. People can hear how you approach a problem—not just what you sell.
That may open doors to authority, relationships and commercial opportunities. These are possibilities to work towards, not outcomes anyone can guarantee.
A focused idea gives someone a reason to stop and listen.
The full episode makes space for nuance, context and a real exchange.
A clear sequence turns a useful moment into something easy to return to.
Planning, studio production, content repurposing and commercial guidance—in one monthly working relationship. You keep your identity and editorial voice. We handle the defined production work around it.
Whether it is your first concept or the next chapter of an existing show, we begin by shaping the audience, premise and topics. The aim is a purposeful podcast, not simply a folder of recordings.
One thoughtful conversation gives your audience several ways to discover, follow and revisit your best ideas.
Repeat four times monthly: 120 videos + 80 carousels = 200 social pieces.
Your full episode is the centre of the show: a complete conversation, professionally edited for a clear, enjoyable listening and viewing experience. It gives your audience context that a short clip cannot.
Four fully produced episodes each month, from 1–2-hour recordings. Your four long-form episodes are additional to the 200 social pieces.

A complete carousel carries the reader from a question to a useful takeaway. This six-slide sample shows the format: a hook, an exchange, a specific follow-up and a lesson.
Illustrative example with fictional dialogue.
We plan purposeful topics and questions that invite stories, reveal trade-offs, challenge assumptions and draw out practical lessons. Clear discussion segments give the conversation direction without turning it into a script.
Producer follow-up guidance helps you move beyond the first answer. A small, specific question can uncover the detail that makes an exchange memorable.
We plan for moments worth sharing. Nobody can promise which moment will go viral.
“Tell us about your business.”
“What decision nearly broke the business—and what did you change?”
“What advice would you give?”
“If you had to start again with one customer, what would you do this week?”
Example questions, not quotes from actual episodes.

Bring your perspective and preparation. We bring the production process: cinema-grade multicamera studio recording in Lagos, clean professional audio and considered lighting.
Align episode angles, guests and recording arrangements with your show’s direction.
A supported studio session lets you focus on the exchange, rather than managing every technical detail.
Full-episode editing, short videos and complete carousels, organised for delivery. Video and audio versions, thumbnails, titles and descriptions can form part of the deliverables as discussed.
Your detailed production schedule and agreed deliverables are confirmed before payment.
VARD is building a network of business owners who want to share relevant experiences on podcasts. We recommend suitable people according to your subject and audience, then help make introductions.
You retain guest choice. Training, templates and guides also help you find guests independently, so your show is not reliant on a single source.
Relevance comes first. Introductions depend on guest interest, availability and fit.
We help define your audience proposition, prepare a media kit and sponsorship packages, identify appropriate business categories and structure outreach and pitches.
Relevant introductions where available, discussion preparation and independent sponsor-finding guides are included. A new show can clarify its proposition; an established show can use genuine audience evidence.
Sponsorship support is included. Sponsorship deals and revenue are not guaranteed.
A publishing calendar and distribution guidance help you prioritise channels, sequence clips, carousels and full episodes, choose calls to action and review what resonates.
We provide distribution strategy. You or your distributor handles posting and day-to-day account management.
We can help you hire a social media manager or content distributor at additional cost. Daily posting, comment replies and paid advertising are not part of this partnership.

Booking a clarity call does not reserve a place.
You only need a one-off studio rental, rather than an ongoing show-production partnership.
You expect guaranteed views, sponsors or income, or need daily account management included in the price.
The call is a chance to be honest about that, too. A good partnership starts with the right expectations.

The partnership can support an existing podcast as well as a new one. We look at your current format, production process and content gaps, then discuss where planning, editing, repurposing and commercial guidance could help—without replacing your editorial identity.
It means 120 short-form videos and 80 complete conversation carousel posts each month: 30 videos and 20 carousels from each of four episodes. Each carousel has approximately 5–10 slides but counts as one piece. The four full episodes are additional. Re-exporting the same content for another platform does not count as a new piece.
